All requests for assistance, with the exception of customers enabled to support H24, will be managed, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00 (excluding holidays), in chronological order and the processing times of the same, in some cases, may vary to depending on the urgency

The problem must be explained in detail, indicating the results of any tests performed. In the event of a request that is not detailed or incomplete, technical support will not be managed.

The access credentials to the Customers area can be retrieved through the automated procedure directly from the login screen of the Customers area itself, under the item Retrieve the password, by entering the e-mail address provided during the activation of the services.

It is possible to request the start of the password recovery procedure from the Customer Service at: +39 06.87.163 from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00 (excluding holidays). All Customer service operators respond from the national territory.
